My journey into mental health care began in a unique way—as a chiropractor. Those years taught me to view the body through a whole-istic lens, understanding that physical and emotional health are deeply connected. Educating patients on the importance of nutrition, movement, and self-care beyond moments of pain shaped how I approach wellness today. I saw time and again that when people nurture their bodies, they also begin to feel better emotionally, gaining the strength and clarity to manage life’s challenges.
As I expanded my career to become a nurse practitioner, I was drawn to mental health because it allowed me to support the full picture of wellbeing. At Balanced Integrations, my focus is on the four pillars of health—mental and emotional wellness, nutrition, sleep, and physical fitness—each one essential in achieving sustainable balance. By integrating these elements, I help individuals reconnect with themselves, restore harmony, and build resilience in both mind and body.
My approach combines evidence-based care with compassionate connection. I believe that healing is not just about treating symptoms but about empowering people with the tools and understanding they need to thrive. Whether addressing stress, mood concerns, or overall life balance, my goal is to provide care that feels collaborative, grounded, and transformative—helping each person create a healthier, more centered version of themselves.

Virtual Sessions
At Balanced Integrations, I take a comprehensive approach to mental health and wellness that considers all aspects of your life, including your existing mental health conditions, nutrition, physical activity, sleep, and stress management. The initial virtual meeting is 1 hour to assist in developing a personalized plan that fits your unique needs and lifestyle. Depending on the complexity of your case, each follow-up appointment can be 30-45 minutes.
